Hurry! Only0units left in stock!The Commissars of the Officio Prefectus are fearsome, iron-fisted authoritarians who keep the wheels of the Astra Militarum in motion. To the masses of humanity – most of whom recognise their black greatcoats, peaked caps, and polished boots from hab-block propaganda or grainy recruitment vids – these inflexible men and women are Imperial authority made manifest.
Those selected by the Officio Prefectus must have unassailable faith in the Imperium and nigh-fanatical levels of totalitarian idealism. Its Commissars are held to the highest standards and are expected to be actively feared by the rank and file – while their gimlet gaze is enough to unnerve even many experienced officers.
This kit makes one plastic Officio Prefectus Commissar – which can be equipped with either a bolt pistol or plasma pistol at the end of his bionic right arm, while his left hand wields a power sword.
This kit is supplied with the appropriate base and comes unpainted and unassembled – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.If you wish to return a product to Loot Card Shop. The original item with original seal must be returned in SEALED, UNOPENED condition. Refund must be done within 14 Days of Purchase. All TCG Sales are final due to the inability to confirm any type of tampering with the sealed product once it leaves the store. Opened items forfeit the ability to be returned regardless of reason or justification. Confirming contents is not an acceptable reason for opening the package for intention of return.
Loot Card Shop reserve the right to charge a 10% fee on any returns or order cancelations due to fees being charged by credit card companies, transaction fees, and website processing fees.
We will not refund any shipping costs paid, after an item has been shipped.
Returns must be sent back within 1 week of being delivered.

''Near Mint (NM)'
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

''Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '
'
''Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
'
''Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

''Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears. '
